Community Centre & Football Complex
Both these prestige projects were done on a design and build basis with the objective of improving the sense of community.
A multi million pound integrated project for a local Town Council. The Community Centre will provide a new focus for the community offering a wide range of services and facilities and enhance the street scene in the town.
The Football Complex incorporates first class changing rooms and storage, state of the art 3G artificial turf pitch, a full size grass pitch, a junior football pitch and a training area. It is accepted that it is the best football facility in the area.

Health Club & Spa
Another multi million pound design and build project that had to complement a four star rated hotel. The project was completed on time and within budget and is described as the Best Health Club in the North East. The Health Club incorporates a large gymnasium, a 20m x 8m swimming pool, a children’s splash pool, hydrotherapy spa pools, sauna, steam room, crèche, beauty suite, meeting rooms and restaurant and lounge.

Social Housing – New Build
A design and build development of 14 only 3 Bed units to Code 3 Sustainable Homes standard for Wakefield District Housing. The development required the demolition of a redundant maintenance depot and appropriate site clearance. The houses have generated a lot of interest and the client had received many enquiries before completion.

Social Housing – Refurbishment
A £2m scheme for Northern Counties Housing Association, involving the conversion of bedsit properties into larger one and two bed apartments and the construction of nine new bungalows. One of the new bungalows was specifically designed for wheelchair access and the whole development achieved Good Rating in the Eco Homes Standard. The client was impressed with the development which was finished on time and on budget.
